Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Just Be Wellbeing Center ("Just Be", "we", "us"), operated by Villa 102, Al Woushar Street, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, book with us or attend our studio. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and your message, through our forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Booking information: the classes, sessions, events or rooms you book, and your attendance and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Wellbeing information you choose to share, such as injuries or health considerations you tell a teacher so they can adapt your practice. We treat this as sensitive and only use it for that purpose.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to our monthly letter.
• Website usage: basic analytics and cookies (see section 6).

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and manage your bookings, including confirmations and reminders.
• To run classes and sessions safely.
• To send our newsletter and event updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To meet our legal, accounting and licensing obligations.
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

3. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (for marketing and sensitive information), the need to perform our agreement with you (bookings), and our legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run Just Be, under appropriate safeguards: our booking and client management system ScheduleHouse, our payment provider Network International (N-Genius), our email newsletter service, our website host Netlify, and the teacher leading your class or session. Some providers may store data outside the UAE; where they do, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required by UAE law, and contact and marketing data until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand visits. Booking widgets embedded from our booking provider may set their own cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email info@justbe.ae and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Children

Bookings for anyone under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.
