Clay & Calm is a slow, creative afternoon designed to help people step away from the everyday rush and simply be present. We’ll begin with a hands-on pottery experience where everyone gets to create their own unique piece to take home. After a short break with refreshments and time to connect, we’ll transition into a calming sound bath , creating space to relax, unwind and reconnect through sound and vibration.

A beautiful blend of creativity, connection and calm, all in one experience.
